Book
A major part of our behaviour at work is determined by our drives. These drives can be classifi ed into categories; each category is represented by a colour. Orange isoriented to results and stands for pragmatism, while Yellow equals analysis and insights. Management Drives Field Book will show you how managers, coaches and team leaders can build an effi cient team on the basis of drives, resulting in an optimal work situation in which every team member can function in harmony with his or her drives.
