Dol op lezen maar door gebrek aan tijd soms minder dan ik zou willen. Wel elke dag eventjes, mooie afsluiting van de dag vind ik zelf. Doe ik het niet, dan slaap ik beduidend slechter. Blijkbaar even nodig om tot rust te komen en dan maakt het niet uit of het 1 pagina is of veel meer. Zit ook risico aan want soms pakt een boek me zo dat het nog lastig is om het opzij te leggen om te gaan slapen...hahahaha
