Het sociaal recht omvat het arbeidsrecht en het socialezekerheidsrecht. Dit rechtsgebied is in Nederland verspreid over vele wetten en andere documenten. Daarom is het dikwijls lastig de relevante rechtsbronnen snel te vinden. In deze bundel vindt u een selectie van de meest gebruikte regelingen ten behoeve van het onderwijs en de rechtspraktijk. In de eerste plaats zijn dat wetteksten, zoals de bepalingen over onder meer de arbeidsovereenkomst in het Burgerlijk Wetboek, de Wet minimumloon en minimumvakantiebijslag, de Wet op de collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst, de Arbeidsomstandighedenwet, de Wet op de ondernemingsraden, de Werkloosheidswet en de Wet werk en inkomen naar arbeidsvermogen. De bundel beperkt zich echter niet tot circa 55 wetteksten, maar bevat ook andere documenten die voor het sociaal recht van belang zijn, maar vaak niet zo makkelijk zijn te vinden. Dit betreft bijvoorbeeld de Uitvoeringsbesluiten Wet werk en zekerheid, de SER-Fusiegedragsregels 2015, de Regeling procesgang eerste en tweede ziektejaar, het Schattingsbesluit arbeidsongeschiktheidswetten, beleidsregels inzake sollicitatieplicht en Europese richtlijnen. Daarnaast zijn ook de belangrijkste verdragsbepalingen op het gebied van de sociale mensenrechten en het Europees sociaal recht opgenomen. Ten slotte bevat de bundel sinds dit jaar een gedeelte van de OESO-richtlijnen voor Multinationale Ondernemingen. In totaal zijn in deze bundel 93 regelingen te vinden. «
