Handdrawn illustrations are a traditional manner of conveying visualinformation in an abstract and aesthetic way. This work is dedicated to theautomated generation of handdrawn style hatching drawings from volumetricdata. Based on a graphicshardware accelerated determination of shape andlighting features hatching strokes are generated in image space. An approachdepicting contours with multiple strokes is proposed for rendering objectcontours illustratively. «
