The first volume in the Elsevier Nanoscience series looks at Nanostructuredmaterials and their suitability for a range of functional systems. Thenanostructured materials include but are not limited to metals ceramics andpolymers as well as composite materials. The focus is on the properties ofthese materials that make them suitable for various applications in fuel cellssemiconductors catalysts biomaterials and magnetic optical and ferroelectricmaterials.
