Driving behavior models which focus on acceleration lane changing and gapacceptance decisions are essential to microscopic traffic simulation models andimportant to several other fields of transportation science and engineering. Inthis book a framework for driving behavior modeling that integrates thevarious decisions driver make is developed implemented and tested.
