Constantia Maria Oomen, kort: Sten Oomen is een Nederlands auteur en uitgever. Sten Oomen schrijft boeken over uittredingen uit het lichaam. DOOR HET RAAM is haar bekendste boek. De opvolgers DOOR DE POORT en DOOR DE NACHT gaan ook over uittredingen. Ze heeft ook een kinderboek, DOOR DE HEMEL, geschreven waarvoor ze nu een sponsor zoekt. Naast het schrijven van boeken over uittredingen geeft Sten ook cursussen over uittredingen (opgeven kan via haar website www.doorhetraam.nl of www.stenoomen.com).
Op haar zevende ervoer ze tijdens een keelamandeloperatie onder narcose een uittredingservaring. Ze zag de hele operatie van een afstand en meende lange tijd dat zoiets normaal was. Sinds haar achttiende ervaart ze regelmatig bewuste uittredingen en verwante geestestoestanden en sinds 1986 houdt zij elke dag een droom- en uittredingendagboek bij.
Sten Oomen en haar man Jeroen hebben de USA Green Card Lottery, DV 2011, gewonnen en maken zich gereed om in 2011 naar Amerika te kunnen emigreren.
